Intelligate: Forza 3 Details Leaked
2 Disks Filled With Over 100 Tracks and 400 Cars

Consider this a rumor for the time being, just because this information isn't what I would call "official" in any sense of the word. Word on the street (and by street, I mean Intellisponse, a polling website used by companies to gather data that was hacked to have all of its information spilled onto the internet) is that Forza 3 will have 400 cars, over 100 tracks, and ship on two DVDs. No more than ten minutes ago, Otakon in Metal Gear Solid 4 made a wisecrack about disk swapping to me, and now I am writing up a story in the same vein. Strange.
Also hinted at is vehicle deformation, a feature that is a real make or break point for many racing fans. Hell, what is the point in having 400 cars if you can't break them apart? Would be a waste, really. The webpage also mentions an assist feature, to help people who are terrible at realistic racing games (see: me) compete in the title. Maybe it will control the steering as I hold down the trigger for speed, acting like the EA Family Play feature in the recent Madden titles for the Wii.
Like I said, this story is rumoricious, but worth getting excited over for any Forza fans. I don't know how to feel about this, as 400 cars and 100 tracks is a huge amount of content, but disk swapping is sort of annoying. Then again, I'd prefer disk swapping to 30 minutes of installation, so I guess it is about the same. On an unrelated note, trying to paste any text while having the source'd website open has interesting results, even if the information isn't from the previously mentioned website.
