Frame by Frame: Medal of Honor
We Look Too Far Into Things

Developers love to sneak things by us, and the best possible way to do so is in trailers. Even in small teasers there can be countless hints towards possible gameplay mechanics, story reveals, and other subtleties. Often, to find them all, you need to go frame by frame, looking everywhere for everything. Its a bit of a pain, so we decided to take that strain off of you. That's the concept behind Frame by Frame.
EA is really pushing forward with their new take on Medal of Honor, and it looks to draw inspiration from plenty of other shooters. And by plenty of other shooters, we mean Modern Warfare. Take a look.

This looks like Call Of Duty 4 in some aspects except with more cars and some better detail.
I'd say the main guy that keeps popping up is the player in "in-game cutscenes" between action.
Also I'd wager he's actually an American special operations soldier (ie. CIA SAD or Delta) in local Afghani clothing to blend in rather than an Afghani or someone undercover.
Why do I think this? One, it makes more sense. Two, he's carrying an M4 rather than an AK. Three, he actually moves and looks like he's a highly trained spec ops soldier. Four, when he says "Get down" he doesn't have a foreign accent. Sounds American to me, and since this is EA and a Medal Of Honor game, we all know he wouldn't be British, Canadian or Australian.
