E3 is right around the corner, so we're all pretty busy. But being incredibly busy doesn't mean we can't take time to speculate about the family tree of fictional characters. As revealed in the last Team Fortress 2 "Meet the..." video, the Spy bonk'd the Scout's mother. It's a bit odd, yes, but it happened, and there were images to prove it. This is nothing more than a throwaway joke, and a chance to make fun of the Scout, right? Wrong. It's a revelation, as shown in the Spy's achievement list.

The Spy is the Scout's father.

All of the achievements have silly names - that's Valve's style. Usually, however, they have something to do with the actual achievement. "You Only Shiv Thrice," for instance, is given when a Spy backstabs 3 enemies within 10 seconds. Now, why would the Spy have an achievement called "Who's Your Daddy" for getting three headshots using his new unlockable weapon on the Scout? Because he is, indeed, his daddy. This is speculation, of course, but doesn't it make sense? Unless it's in relation to the oft-repeated phrase "Who's your daddy" uttered during moments of intimacy, it's likely a clue to a Team Fortress family tree, which will likely be slowly unveiled.



Expect Meet the Pyro to add to this. They haven't shown the character's face yet, and she might surprise some people... shot in the dark? Scout's mother.
