Limited Edition Black Wiimote and Nunchuck Incoming

Japanese Wii owners have already enjoyed some variety on the console that American gamers have not yet recieved. One such novelty is a black Wiimote, Nunchuck, Motionplus, and Wiimote Jacket. In a move that should shock no one, Nintendo has revealed that America will be getting these as well. Quantities, however, will be limited. The words "limited edition" and "holiday" have been attached to the new color, but it's unknown if they're going to take that too seriously. I mean, really, does it really cost them that much to just allow gamers to have a little choice with their waggle?
Nintendo Wii colors have been teased since well before the system was released, and it's good to see Nintendo finally moving forward with this. It seems like an obvious choice for the publisher, which obviously isn't spending as much time on software as it has in the past, to try and grab as much cash as possible from impulse buys. New color options for controls? Can't get more gimmicky and impulse-driven than that.
That said, I'll be first in line, waiting to grab a black Wiimote. Yeah, that's right, I said it.
