LittleBigPlanet Gets Two Awesome Updates
Moderation Be Damned
by Coop

Media Molecule has released two updates to LittleBigPlanet, bringing a few large and important changes to improve the LittleBigExperience.
- An in-game LittleBigStore, which functions like the Rock Band Store as a way to buy DLC from in the game itself.
- New search options to find player made levels easier. Instead of looking for a keyword, it's possible to search for most played, most hearted, etc.
- A "save level as" option when creating levels that lets you move the creation to whichever slot you would like.
- Moderation changes, which explain why a level was removed and allowing for it to be edited afterwords, instead of out-and-out deletion
This is great news, and gives me hope that the game will hopefully prove to be as wonderful of a title as it should be. The early issues with moderation were extremely disheartening, and this fix should give potential level-builders a good excuse to get back into the construction room.
The search update is also great, because it means that we don't need to just select "brilliant" and view the same twenty levels. I'm also hoping for a cleaner way to view levels. As cool as the planets are, sometimes I wish it looked more like YouTube. Style is important, but I don't care what the icon looks like, I just want simplicity!
