Above is the opening cinematic for Mega Man 9, and if the fact that it looks like an NES game is surprising to you then I suggest you get a head examination. I think that if there is one thing we can count on in this game it's that Capcom made sure that it is going to scream nostalgia. No surprises, no crazy 3D cutscenes, just traditional Mega Man glory, in all 8 or so bits.

It's going to be really fun to write a Mega Man 9 review. For the first time in nearly ten years game reviewers are going to be able to write a full article on a title without even being tempted to use the word "innovative."
