MEGA MAN 9 Rated By Australian ESRB
MEGA MAN 9 Apparently Announced
by Coop
No matter how many times this happens I am always surprised. The Australian ESRB (Office of Film and Literature Classification) has rated Mega Man 9, which isn't actually a real game as far as I know. They gave it a G, which I believe translates over to an E, and is due to be published by RED ANT ENTERPRISES. Not only that, but it says "Multiplatform," leading many to believe that this is the traditional PSN/Xbox Live Arcade Megaman title we have all been waiting for.
No, this will not be Mega Man Bass Fishing Xtreme or Mega Woman, but a traditional Mega Man game in the vein of, well, the last 8 traditional Mega Man games. The full listing is as follows:

I am optimistic for this, and hope it comes out in glorious 2.5D. You know you want a real Megaman game again, one without a plot and side-characters that look like Chocobos, we all want it. Hopefully we will hear more at E3.
