Microsoft Survey Shows Possible Halo Sequels
Lego Halo, Halo MMO, Halo Dance Party

Kotaku has posted a survey showing possible sequels to the Halo franchise that Microsoft is considering. The list features some familiar faces, such as the rumored (and debunked) Lego Halo and the already confirmed and in-development Halo Wars, but also has some new faces, like a Halo MMO and Halo Racing game. Notably missing, however, is Halo DS, further throwing dirt on the handheld port’s grave. Spill out a 40, my friends, we can call it in.
So which on the list would you consider being a good idea? I actually think a Halo MMO could work if you set it somewhere between Halo and Halo 2, letting players play as UNSC or Covenant forces. The plot of the games has never been too good, but I imagine grinding Grunts on Blood Gulch would be as interesting as farming Raid Loot in Kara and Gruul. A Halo racer, however, I wouldn’t be too interested in, unless it let you choose any of the vehicles to race in. Flying around in Ghosts against people riding in Warthogs might hold my interest for a little while. Actually, the more that I think of it, just about all of these games would be worth a try, I’m just skeptical as to whether or not they would justify a full purchase when many of them would be possible modifications in Forge. We’ll keep you posted.
