MK Vs. DC Gets Joker, Lantern, and Jax!
I Hope "Pencil Trick" Makes it as a Finisher

Comicon news has been slower than E3’s for sure, but superhero fans should be happy to hear that the convention has brought word of Jax, the Joker, and the Green Lantern making their way into Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe. There aren’t any screenshots as of yet, but I would assume the most recent Green Lantern will fill the role and, sadly, Ledger’s Joker will get the shaft and the typical comic book Joker will likely be represented.
This is all well and good, but brings up some interesting questions involving fatalities and continuity. For instance, even though DC’s heroes won’t have fatalities because of their morals does this mean that the Joker won’t either? What about the Green Lantern? Will he even be able to fight Scorpion, donned in yellow, or will his ring be useless? This may not be important to the average gamer (or anyone, really), but it’s worth asking.
Oh, and some guy named Jimmy Palmiotti will be in the game. Call me ignorant, but unless he has a cape I couldn’t care less. Maybe if it was Alan Moore, who I am thoroughly convinced is a douche, I would consider being interested.
