New LittleBigPlanet DLC Has Television on the Brain
And Strange Lumps on the Arms

The PlayStation Blog has posted images of two new costumes for LittleBigPlanet, one of which will be made available free this Thursday. “Sack-in-the-Box,” pictured above, will cost nothing, and is a fairly cool design taken from a fan submission. I imagine it will clip through plenty of objects in the world, but it’s a small price to pay for having instant access to television programs. Hopefully they are all digital, though, I hear the FCC is growing stricter with their rulings on selling analog televisions. This DLC also opens up the doors to more "in-a-box" packs later in the year. Fingers crossed.
The second set of costumes (below) will cost $2.99 and creeps the living hell out of me. It mixes LittleBigPlanet with LocoRoco, which might sound like Peanut Butter and Jelly to some people. In practice, however, it’s more like cat urine and bologna, and I’m disturbed by the cancerous lumps hanging off the arms of the Sackpeople in the screenshots. I mean, seriously, they should get those checked out…

I wish it were justifiable to pick up all of the costumes. I do think the LocoRoco costumes are cute, though!
The LocoRoco costumes are cute except for the weird tumors they have on their arms.
Those LocoRoco sackboys are ADORABLE. I agree with HKNR, though. The little tumors kind of ruin it.
