Alex Mercer has gotten a makeover in these new screenshots of Prototype. Possibly from the internet’s critical look of their superhero, Sierra has changed it so that Alex now sports a black hoodie with jeans instead of his old Assassin’s Creed attire. This game keeps looking better and better, here are the screenshots (which have the superpower of growing when clicked on).

Of all the open world games in development that don’t start with Grand Theft and end with Auto IV, Prototype is easily the best looking of the bunch. Mercer's powers look awesome and the graphics look sleek. Changing his outfit to look more unique should go a long way to separate the character from others like it. It even looks like there is some design on the third screenshot, like a band logo or something. Maybe his backstory sets him as the frontman for a rock band? Who knows.
