Atari has released a new trailer for the Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena, showing off the game's focus on melee attacks. The wonderfully high-resolution Riddick assaults his way through dozens of enemies with knives, guns, and oftentimes his bare hands. If that isn't badass, I don't know what is. It looks much cleaner than the only other high-profile melee FPS out there, Condemned, and hopefully will involve just as much bum fighting.
