Regardless of your geographical location, next month's Virtual Console lineup for Japan might be of considerable interest. No, Goldeneye isn't coming out. No, Nintendo hasn't gained a soul and decided to drop Mother 3 on the list. No, I don't have a third joke, but the one recognizable game on the list should get at least a few heads turned. Oh, here's a third joke: "No, it isn't Duke Nukem Forever." There we go.

In case you're wondering, Nintendo All-Stars Dairantou Smash Bros. is Super Smash Bros. for the Nintendo 64! At first, the idea of going back two editions ago for some smashing carnage doesn't make sense, but before long the nostalgia should get the best of you. Remember the original Zelda castle level? Remember how awesome it was? Just in case you don't, I'll remind you: it was awesome.

There's a working Nintendo 64 in my basement, so I doubt I'll indulge, but I'm sure some of you are dying to jump back into the original Smash Bros, right? It's currently not confirmed for America, but it will most likely find its ways to American virtual shores in the near future.
