Around the internet, there's a strange misconception that I'm a casual gamer who hates a challenge. This couldn't be more untrue. Sure, I enjoyed Wii Sports and Halo, but that doesn't mean I hate a challenge, right? I mean, I loved that game Prinny: Can I Really Be a Hero? I didn't play much of it, but there was a cute penguin in it, and everyone knows I'll give high scores to any games with penguins in it! And hey! According to some Japanese website the company that made it is making a new penguin game! Yay for penguins!

Meanwhile...

The image above is literally all there is right now. It's a logo, there's a Prinny, and a large number 2. Unless the number 2 means something else in Japanese, which is entirely possible, it looks like a sequel to Nippon Ichi's fun (but difficult) platformer is in development. We're going to hope they manage to clean up some of the mechanics to make the platforming a little easier and, well, less "omg cheap," which would create an even more pleasant experience.

We've contacted the publisher for a comment, and expect a response including the word "DOOOOOD" within moments.
