Sitting on my desk is Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box, the newest Layton title to be released in America. In Japan, however, the population is already a full Layton ahead of us, and will leapfrog us, yet again, with Professor Layton and the Devil's Flute, the fourth title in the series. While it's going to be hard to wait for the game on its own, it's even more difficult now that we know what else The Devil's Flute comes with: Professor Layton and London Life.

What is Professor Layton and London Life, you ask? It's a 100+ hour Layton RPG, originally developed for cell phones. I could see this being something that ends up getting cut out of a US release, but I hope this isn't the case. We're sort of getting the shaft on localization over here, so finding out that such a cool feature is cut would be fairly sucky.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to get back to playing as the world's greatest detective. I'll let you decide if that's Batman or Professor Layton.
