Raven Squad Character Bio: Zombie
Undead? Nah, Just Sour.
by Coop

As we approach the upcoming finale of our weekly Raven Squad, we must look back at the past. First, there was Paladin, followed by Oso, then Thor, and then, of course, Shadow. This week, we take a look at Zombie, the group's decoy. The more I read about these characters, the more excited I am to see how they play out. While they might sound a tad cliched, with names such as, well, the ones above, the amount of thought that went into each is commendable.
Now let's see if they were able to make it come across in the game, too.
NAME: Kyoshi Sato
CALLSIGN: Zombie
EXPERTISE: Decoy
HOMETOWN: San Francisco, United States
AGE: 28
GENDER: Male
TRAITS: Arrogant and sour
ROLE: Soldier/rescue missions. Despite his hard attitude, Sato will fully support rescue operations due to his horrific experience in Cambodia.
BACKGROUND: Sato is a Japanese-American, born and raised in the United States. Always at the top of his class growing up, Sato joined the CIA at an early age. He thrived in the atmosphere and mastered the art of combat strategy. He soared through the ranks and rose to field agent where he was stationed mostly in East Asian and South Pacific countries.
During a fateful and unsuccessful operation, Sato was abandoned in Cambodia in an unfriendly zone. He battled for his life in the ensuing months, losing an eye (which was later replaced with a prosthesis) and gaining both physical and mental scars. Once free and angered by their betrayal, Sato left the CIA knowing he could never forgive them. He had known of Raider from his time in the armed forces and soon heard rumors that he was putting together a mercenary unit. As soon as he confirmed it, Sato quickly joined up.
PERSONALITY: Sato is an intelligent and capable person but the betrayal of the CIA left him arrogant and sour. He does not trust easily and will keep many things to himself. He still prides himself in his ability and is a consummate professional on the battlefield.
