Happy Sunday everyone! Welcome to a new weekly feature called "Retro Game Ad Sunday." I think it pretty much speaks for itself, but if not, here's the pitch: we scanned in a bunch of old advertisements from Gamepros, Nintendo Powers, and other magazines of yesteryear. Since they're usually pretty funny and corny, we figured we'd share them with everyone. Why Sunday? Why not!

I'm sure you all had very busy weekends trying to cope with the $500 worth of awesome released last week. What did you end up doing? My Xbox 360 friends list was splintered between AC2, Modern Warfare 2, and Left 4 Dead 2, with not one person playing a god damn original game. Ah, who am I kidding, I didn't either. DOWN WITH INNOVATION! VIVA LA SEQUEL!

So, who is ready for a few days off to eat and sleep? I know I am. Black Friday is this upcoming week, and I'll be picking myself up a new TV to replace mine, since it's covered in lines and loves to get blurry for no reason. What about you? Have a nice weekend?
