Happy Sunday everyone! Welcome to a new weekly feature called "Retro Game Ad Sunday." I think it pretty much speaks for itself, but if not, here's the pitch: we scanned in a bunch of old advertisements from Gamepros, Nintendo Powers, and other magazines of yesteryear. Since they're usually pretty funny and corny, we figured we'd share them with everyone. Why Sunday? Why not!

I LOVE retro game ads! Back issues of gaming mags in general make me happy.
I spent most of the weekend playing Sam & Max: Season Two and Kenka Bancho: Badass Rumble. Reviews coming soon!
I wasn't lucky enough to score the SNES "Donkey Kong Set", but had both the game and the system.
Friday night: met friends for an engagement party, found out they want me to officiate the wedding. Guess I'm getting ordained.
Saturday: cleaning, prepping the nursery, costume party
Sunday: Got my first chance to play Dante's Inferno at Games X Expo in Oaks. Found it odd that EA opted to bring Lust to an expo.
mmm, banana bucks...
