Following in the recent trend of game announcements being broken on Twitter, Sega has confirmed work on Vancouver 2010 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. There will be a press release issued shortly, but odds are it won't have any more valuable information. In fact, it seems like most press releases should be cut down to the 160 character Twitter limit, it would save a lot of time.

Not announced, however, is a DS or Wii version. Odds are it is due to Sonic and Mario at the Winter Games, which will fill that small, small niche.

We'll be sure to post said press release when it is revealed, though, as we said, it's likely all spoiled by now.
