This weekend only, 1701A.D. is 50% off on Steam.

Sorry, Valve, this just won't do. I'm not going to say anything bad about 1701A.D., that just isn't my style. I mean, if I had played it I'd be all about bashing it, but I haven't, so I'll assume it's a fine title.

I will, however, say that there's no way a $15 dollar price decrease for a game most people don't care much about is no way to follow up last week's deal, which brought the entire Half-Life universe down to pennies on the dollar. At least throw something like Mass Effect on sale, or maybe Ubisoft games again.
