BioWare has shed a little more light on The Old Republic with an overview of the Bounty Hunter Class. Strapped with sexy armor, the Bounty Hunters of the Star Wars universe have always been something of interest for fans, and their inclusion isn't shocking in the least. From Boba to Jango to Vossk, they've had their own little cult following, introducing the world to the underground of Star Wars.

On their official website, BioWare has given some details on the head-hunters and their place in The Old Republic.

Both infamous and anonymous at the same time, Bounty Hunters are far more than mercenaries for hire—they’re heirs to a professional legacy—an ancient brotherhood with a glorious history. Tracking elusive targets across multiple star systems requires expertise, especially when the targets can be prominent, powerful, and often prepared for confrontation. Thrill seekers from all walks of life set out to become Bounty Hunters, but only the most hard-boiled survive in this competitive and deadly business.

The website also has short clips of the Bounty Hunters using some of their unique abilities, such as jetpacks, flamethrowers, and other powerful weapons. There's even a little explination as to why their nickname around the galaxy is "Jedi Killers," not that a title such as that needs much preface.

Check back for more TOR news, which will continue to be posted so long as we don't drool into our keyboards too much.
