Three Xbox Live Arcade Titles This Week
Shotest Shogi, RocketBowl, and Samurai Shodown II
by Coop

After arguably (though definitely) the greatest month the Xbox Live Arcade has ever had, Microsoft plans on bringing the thunder with not one, not two, but three mediocre and uninteresting titles to the service. This week will feature Shotest Shogi and RocketBowl for 800
($10), and Samurai Showown II costing 400
($5). If any of these games sound at all interesting to you I suggest you run back in time and pick up Castle Crashers, Braid, Geometry Wars 2, and a drill, to alleviate the pressure in your skull.
I’m sure that one or two of them might be interesting, but after $50 worth of must have XBLA titles in the past four weeks I don’t think anyone is going to rush to pick these up. Coming out in the first few weeks after The Summer of Arcade is like being given a time slot on Saturday at 10:00pm on FOX. In other words, it’s where XBLA titles go to die. I could be wrong, and these could be awesome, but I wouldn’t hold my breath.

Wow man, it's pretty amazing to think that $50 worth of MUST HAVE XBLA titles just came out. That's pretty solid. You gotta hope the summer isn't going to be what October and November are to full titles.
I'd hate for them to start withholding all their solid XBLA titles until the summer, then throwing them all at us at once.
Aren't there enough bowling games out there?
