Twisted Pixel, the twisted minds behind `Splosion Man and The Maw, have something up their sleeve. Originally, they planned to keep it there for a little longer, but it has been decided that their next title will be unveiled during this weekend's Penny-Arcade Expo. We'll be there, so expect to hear much more about it from the show floor. Get excited.

What do we know so far? Very little. It's going to be on the Xbox Live Arcade, which we could have guessed. Twisted Pixel has, to this point, enjoyed the Arcade a good deal, so it's not a huge shock that their future work will remain there. Besides that, we have nothing but the promise that it's an original IP to go on, and that, too, gives us very little to work with. I guess that means it's not a sequel to Arkham Asylum. Oh, bother.

So far, the developer has earned stars for developing very original, very entertaining work on the Arcade, and that trend is likely to continue. My hope is that they are able to generate enough buzz about their title, and that whatever their working on doesn't end up being as overshadowed as `Splosion Man was.
