What Are You Playing This Week?
07.06.09
by Coop

Unless you're a big fan of unrealistic baseball games, this week is sort of the pits. Luckily, I've been slacking off on my reviews, so I've got plenty to play this week!
I'm going to be finishing up Magic the Gathering XBLA (which I said I would do last week) and taking breaks to play a bit of Overlord II, which is a good bit of fun, although it's flawed something fierce. I need to make sure those are done by Wednesday, because after then it'll be Battlefield 1943 all day, every day. Well, until my new PC comes in. My current one is currently being read its last rites, freezing and refusing to start up sometimes, so I had to upgrade. All sorts of upgrade. I bought myself a present, and it should be able to run a few instances of Crysis on Very High settings at a time. With that, I'll be reloading Warhammer Online to play away the month of July.
That's not until later in the week though, so I'm a bit strained for content on Monday and Tuesday. What about you? What are you playing this week?

Weird week. Crayon physics, Overlord: Minions and Ultima for the NES. Plenty of Fight Night Round 4 and Point Lookout, of course, and maybe some Steambot Chronicles for the PSP....eventually.
Hopefully finishing my band tour in Guitar Hero: Smash Hits so I can finally get that review done, Harry Potter on the Wii (also for reviewsies), and... oh, right, Roogoo: Twisted Towers... for reviews. Wow, I guess you're not the only one with reviews piled up, good thing this month is slow as hell.
I'm playing some throwback Diablo 1 because I can and I'm awesome.
Forcing myself to play more Too Human. I just want to finish that game.
Hey everyone: know what's a terrible, infuriating game? Too Human.
@NickDynmo - Sadly, we all know. You should just go play Diablo with Dom and have actual fun.
NeoTokyo (blockychild@hotmail.com if you want to add me as a friend on steam) and battlefield heroes. Free. Fast. Fun.
Fight Night Round 4! The always growing list of created boxers that can be shared is getting pretty good. All the real life boxers that should've been in the game like Holifield, Mayweather, De La Hoya, Joe Louis, Ken Norton, Sonny Liston, Marciano, Dempsey, both Klitchko's (however you spell their name) and plenty of others can be found with really great renditions. Some fictional characters like Apollo Creed, Rocky, Drago, etc are also really well done. This game is so effing good.
sadly I havent even finished Prototype yet :(
Hopefully i'll get her done this weekend :D
Alooooooooha! Played Rolando, Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror, and Patapon on the plane.
Xbox still MIA. Plants vs Zombies on mac. FFVII on PS3.
last remnant and whatever gamefly sends me
@Raccoonacorn - Sadly, I missed the Diablo train years ago and never really felt the desire to catch up and hop on. I'm always down for some WC3/DotA, though!
