Wolverine Demo Live
And Snikt Go the Claws

Just moments ago a demo for X-Men Origins: Wolverine went live on Xbox Live. It contains what is likely the first level in the game and a lengthy cinematic - the same section shown at this year's New York ComiCon. It's still fast, still bloody, and it's still freaking awesome.
I went ahead and made a list of things that you do in the demo, just in case you're undecided on whether or not it's worth spending the hard drive space on:
- Rip a guy's head off.
- Destroy a helicopter.
- Fly.
- Fight a guy on fire.
- See a giant magma monster.
- Rip more guys heads off.
There's little chance this game won't be better than the movie, so it might be worth grabbing the demo and giving Wolverine's claws a snikt.
No word yet on when this is going to show its head on the PlayStation network, since it wasn't included in tonight's Thursday PlayStation Store Update, but it might still make it. There are a few hours left in Thursday, after all.

Heads coming off is usually the mark of a good game. Cases in point, Fallout 3, the original Soldier of Fortune, the Jurassic Park game in my head...

Okay, this makes no sense. It's an Activision movie tie-in game... and it's fun and I want to play more, based solely on what I played at NYCC. Shouldn't this game be, well, another Iron Man?
Also, nice list.
Hugh Jackman was on The Daily Show last night, and I'm pretty sure his biceps are now larger than his head.
