World of Goo and Tetris Party Hit WiiWare October 13
Build Bridges and Drop Blocks
by Coop
2D Boy has announced that World of Goo will hit WiiWare on October 13th, with a PC and Linux version dropping (or slopping) soon after. It has been one of the most anticipated WiiWare titles since the service was first announced, so it's good to see it finally getting a release. The trailer above was released during today's Nintendo Media Summit, and its worth watching to get even more excited for the ink-blot-sticking simulation.
Also, while on the subject of Wiiware, Tetris Party has also been given an October release, and will be 1,200 Wii Points ($12). There are eighteen different modes to mess around with, one of which requires you to do squats on the Wii Balance Board to rotate the blocks, so, you know, there's that. Be sure to check back on Gamervision for more news on both of these titles in the next few weeks, including a video review of "Squat Mode" by Editor in Chief Sean!

Oh shit. I can not wait for World of Goo. That was pretty much one of my main anticipated titles before WiiWare launched. So epic.
