Well, it looks like it's finally been confirmed: Makoto, Dudley and Ibuki will be in SSF4!

Alright you fighting fans, time to get your head outta the clouds and hands onto the controller! The only thing is how will this "New Generation" fare against the ones of the old? I don't know either, but I can at least assure you, that makes getting Super Street Fighter IV even more of a joy for someone who didn't pick up the original copy.
