Jaws - Continue?
"In order to kill Jaws we must collect sea shells."
"I think Jaws is a pretty cool guy. He kills boats and doesn't afraid of anything." Truer words have never been spoken, but real talk: Jaws is scary. Watch as we attempt to slay the aquatic beast while collecting sea shells as we travel from harbor to harbor. It's our favorite thing to do.
Every week on Continue?, we sit people down to play a random old school game for 45 minutes. We're talking NES, SNES, Genesis old here. There is one question we are trying to answer - do we want to stop playing or continue?

Game Over indeed, this game blows. This thing haunted me as a kid, though I did get to see someone kill Jaws once. Good episode!
love jaws. wish you got to play as richard dreyfus in the game though.
This is the funniest fucking episode of anything ever.
If I don't see you guys try to pass the jetski inside a intestine level of Battletoads by next week, I'm gunna end my life.
The game bizarrely tries to follow the plot of the fourth movie, which is why you have to spear Jaws at the end, because the shark impaled himself on Lance Guest's boat's broken mast.
As the Angry Video Game Nerd once said, "This is the kind of game for which the Game Genie was invented."
I think this game and Who Framed Roger Rabbit were two Nintendo games I remember having impossible bosses. I think I used to use some sort of cheat that gave me every weapon on the game on Who Framed Roger Rabbit and I still couldn't kill that Judge Doom guy.
There was only one way to hurt Doom- by hammering him with a fully charged punch. And it took SO many hits to kill him and it was SO hard to do it without taking off a chunk of your health bar in the process. But I did it. God help me, I did it.

As a kid this was known in our neighborhood of Trenton NJ as "Friday the 13th in water" as it had the same reoccurring boss that generally gets health drained approach... if you were patient it wasn't that hard, but it was a chore of a game
The Legend of the Mystical Ninja, play it.
Yes, Mystical Ninja is awesome. And for a primer you can play Goemon in the Microsoft Game Room.
Wait, no one plays the Game Room but me.
