Modern Warfare 2 Versus the People of Russia

No doubt you've heard some of the flack surrounding the Russian government and Activision's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. The long and the short of it is that the game, and specifically the "No Russian" level, have angered the powers that be in that nation to the point that the game has been recalled. Developer Infinity Ward will soon be releasing an edited version of the game, which, once it gets the approval of the government, will be made available to Russian gamers. But as with all recalls, what happens if someone holds out? What if there's a gamer out there who doesn't want to part with his copy of MW2, offensive material be damned? Well, artist Steven Gendron (of Tommy and His Portable Gaming Device notoriety) has come up with his take on that lone Russian hold-out, hiding out in his small Moscow apartment...

You know, Karoshi, I should be offended with such a harsh criticism on my first week of trying out this new "political cartoon" for video games...
