And with the announcement this week of the Wii Works development tool, Wii owners can't be blamed if they start hoarding memory cards. And for weeks, there has been speculation that Nintendo was going to announce a hard drive upgrade for the Wii at the upcomingE3 conference. Well, that's why they call it speculation. After the announcement of the development software, CVG asked Nintendo directly if there were plans to add a hard drive to the Wii.
