Series Continue?

Do you like California Games?  You should because that game is awesome.  Imagine if you could punch people in the game instead of just real life.  That is this game.  You're welcome.

Every week on Continue?, we sit people down to play a random old school game for 45 minutes. We're talking NES, SNES, Genesis old here. There is one question we are trying to answer - do we want to stop playing or continue?

All the games in that series; Dodgeball, Soccer, River city Ransom, Are great. I think they're called Kiniceo(sp?) Not sure.

BTW; I'm gonna pre-order that bad ass football from Nick Murphey.

@Dabuek It's Kunio-Kun, dawg. *fist bumps* "Renegade" was the 1st game in the series, which begot Double Dragon to boot.

I've never seen two adults laugh as hard about "pee pee". And likely, I never will again.

Awesome episode guys! I loved the Pete & Pete reference. Artie FTW

Man, if only you dudes had a Super Famicom. 'Cuz there were 16 bit Kunio Kun games - including a full on sequel to River City Ransom. Although, since they're the Japanese versions, they are no longer greasers, but uniformed Japanese High School punks. Also, I'm pretty sure their sweet names are gone (so no more Sting and Noize. DAMN!)

Amazing game to replay! Keep up the Virtual Console compatible titles guys. I love it when you play stuff that's also available via one quick download away.

Shadow of the Ninja is on the VC, and it's like two player Ninja Gaiden. You guys should check that out. Or Bio Miracle Bokutte Upa - that's a pretty crazy, but very good platformer for NES. Or, like, Alex Kidd in Shinobi World - there's some great old school game-age on the Virtual Console. Too bad Nintendo's basically given up getting support for it by now:(

My favorite part is how you two make the 'pp' joke and Nick is too into the game to realize what you guys are laughing about
