It was a busy day for BioWare, showing off Mass Effect 2, Star Wars: Old Republic and Dragon Age: Origins. Considered to be a spiritual successor to their Baldur's Gate series, BioWare is hoping to continue their track record of engaging storytelling and tight RPG gameplay.

The all in-game trailer is heavy on action but light on story. You get a sense of the struggle going on in the world of Ostagar, but no real details. Despite the fact there is zero gameplay, it still gets at the tone they are trying to set with, which is noticeably more mature.

After the brief eyes-on Coop and I had at EA's Spring Preivew, and the latest trailer, I can say Dragon Age: Origins is definitely shaping up to be one epic adventure.
