According to Cliffardo Bliggitizinsky (he doesn't want to be called Cliffy B? Fine!), Gears of War 2 is going to be bigger, badder and bloodier than it's predecessor. The Lancer, with it's chainsaw bayonet, definitely raised the bar for over the top weapons in the first game, and it seems like the guys at Epic are looking to raise it again. Everything from the poison grenade to the new heavy weapons will add a whole new destructive element to Gears 2.
