According to TeamXbox, Splinter Cell Conviction has been delayed until January/March of 2008. Given how ambitious this project is, it isn't that big of a surprise. The gameplay footage is very impressive and shows just how detailed the environments will be. Being able to use any visible object as a weapon is a tall order. This game should definitely be worth the wait and will benefit from a little more polishing up. In the meantime, stealth junkies can get excited over this Metal Gear Solid 4 gameplay footage.
