Prototype and Infamous
With the reviews coming out for Prototype being a lot less favorable than InFamous I find myself just not getting it. Having played both games for hours I'm at a point where I am having a much better time with Prototype than I ever did with inFamous. It might just be one of those things where reviewers are looking too favorably on a ps3 exclusive and maybe the fact that inFamous came out first, reviewers are just tired of that type of game. There were actually points in inFamous where I almost put down the controller at how laughable some of the dialogue was and parts of the game that just didn't make sense. I honestly don't know and so I'm wondering if I'm the only one who feels this way. For people that own BOTH systems, would you say that inFamous is better than Prototype?

I'm right there with Voyou San. They are two different games and they are, apparently as you stated, on two different systems. I just don't see why reviewers would be less than favorable towards Prototype as opposed to inFamous. I just don't.

i agree with not letting reviewers own your decision to purchase a game, i'm just wondering why there's such a huge gap between the two games. having played both games i can safely say that they are extremely similar in nature. they're basically sand box games with powers imo and i find it strange that there's this rising love of inFamous and an almost snub to prototype, when to me at least, they are extremely similar and even play the same. i just find it odd. but on the positive side, at least there are 2 great summer games to play and keep us happy till the holidays. summer is looking good for gamers (finally)

I don't own both consoles ( due to the fact that i refuse to get a 360 because of hardware issues). i have also not played prototype yet but i am going to be picking it up soon. i will say that in my opinion infamous was a amazing game and from what i read about prototype it is a good game. you cant always listen to what "reviewers" say about games you have to form your won opinion. Voyou is right though they are two totally different games.
