  i dont know, i am half and half on this, though the forums could take place of the groups which don't seem to function that great and are not used very much anyway.

  We already have groups, and I think emoticons would be detrimental to the site as a whole. But that's just me.

  I don't think so. This is a blogger community, not a forum. Groups already work toward that goal, but they could be made a bit better. I think an IRC channel would be great though.

  I agree with J-Man. I think their should be more of a enhased group that ius like a forum though. A IRC channel would be awsome!

  IRC is a very good point and i agree, i would def. support that. I also agree probably best to stay away from a forum but a much improved group setup would be awesome as the current format does not tend to work very well, or atleast IMP it does not.

  Attention masses! I have created a forum to temporarily appease your flame-lust. Please use/abuse it however you please/troll/spam. Maybe someday a real forum will exist here at Gamervision. But we have a dozen new features coming in the next few months. Couple that with the fact that opinions were mixed on the "forum" debate and it looks like a low priority. So in the meantime...
