Well today could be their biggest update yet. It turns out Nintendo is going to be offering up to 4 free Wii-Mote Jackets to all valid Wiis in your household. Head on over to the Wii Remote Jacket Accessory Offer page and just plug in your Wii serial number and how many jackets you would like. The rumor is that some people are getting errors when they try to submit their serial numbers, so it might be best to hold off for a little bit until the first flood of submissions goes through. Nintendo said that all current Wii shipments will include the new protective jackets. They are a little ugly, but if it will keep it from slipping out of your hand and piercing your TV, then it's probably worth putting one on.
