All Points Bulletin makes so much sense.  There are tons of games that let you fight crime as a badass cop.  And there are even more games that send you on unstoppable sprees as a badass criminal.  So why wouldn't you put those two ideas together into a totally badass MMO?  So Realtime Worlds did.
