Breathe in…..and out.  Excellent, class.  Just like that.  Have we found our center of balance?  Linda, you look like you’re favoring your right foot by about 2%.  Try to even that out, ok?  Now, while keeping your feet firmly planted to the floor, wildly flail the top half of your body back and forth.  No, no, Kevin, only pivot at the hips.  Much better.  It may help if you imagine a continuous stream of soccer being kicked at your head.  Michelle, it looks as though you’re trying to avoid the soccer balls.  We’re actually putting our faces in the path of the ball.  Right.  Your friends are kicking them extremely frequently and you want to knock each one back with your head.  Just let your arms dangle lifelessly at your side.  What was that, Kevin?  You imagined that someone kicked a shoe?  Well did you dodge it?  Then I guess you’ll know better next time.
