Based on the latest figures, using a 180 lb. male as an example, the following results are stunning. 20 minutes of jogging burns 198 calories 1 hour of PS2 or Xbox, burns 204 calories 30 minutes of aerobics - 242 calories 30 minutes of Wii boxing - 250 calories 1.5 hours of weights - 842 calories 1 hour of Dance Dance Revolution - 900 calories 15 minutes of Sex (yes Sex) - 33 calories 7 minutes of Wii Tennis - 46 calories So the next time your Mom says "get off your ass and do a little exercise" just say "Don't worry Mom, I'm on the Game Plan".
