I beat FFTA2

I beat FFTA2 the other morning.
The ending boss was annoying, frustrating, aggrivating, and it took over 50 minutes while I was sitting on the toilet so my leg fell asleep and I was limping for 10 minutes!
THAT'S what a last boss battle should be. Are you listening Mr. Fable II creator with the funny name?

I'm hoping you were doing this while pooing at work. Not because your SO doesn't allow you to play games. That would just be sad :(
I unfortunately leveled my party up way too much. My lowest member was lvl 58 (Luso), with most being around lvl 62. My Sniper/Archer, Sage/Illusionist, and Red Mage/Summoner made the last boss fight last about 15 turns.

Overleveling. A blessing and a curse.
My average party level is 59, and they are sort of over-powered. Luso's a dual-wielding Parivir/Fighter, Adelle's a dual-wielding Heritor/Paladin, Frimelda's a dual-wielding Paladin/Thief (all of them have Counter, of course). After that, I usually cycle depending on what I need, but those I use most are my Dragoon/Templar, Flintlock/Gunner, White/Time Mage, Illusionist/Seer and Red Mage/Summoner.
Everything happens when you're on your throne. EVERYTHING!

It's not so much boredom as it is "this is really the only gaming time I'm going to get before I go to work."
