He gets an Acer Aspire One and installs Guild Wars

I sold my old iBook G4 and am typing this on an Acer Aspire One 8" Netbook. It's TINY. It's very TINY. It also plays GUILD WARS! I can play Guild Wars from work before I go to my second job. On top of that, this Netbook is an upgrade from my old mac. Yes. 160HB Hard Drive and 1GB of RAM is an upgrade to my old mac....and at less than a quarter of the price...and it's so TINY!

Did you have to download it? Those little fellers don't have DVD drives, right?
I can't wait until I can afford to get one, too. I was soooo into getting a Macbook before the fall semester, practically for its long battery life and lack of viruses, but this seems like a nice way of going about it. As an added bonus, external CD/DVD-ROM drives are going down in price, too!
All things considered I think you made the right purchase and I can't wait (yes, I have to) until I can do the same! I'm jealous, you bastard!
I did have to download the client from the website. It's not really a gaming PC, but it does play GW pretty decently.
ABC.com's Free Episode Player is also very nice.
Everything is a-okay with this little wonder!
