This is probably the first time I've been amused by zombies since I last watched Shaun Of the Dead. Zombies tend to scare the living daylights out of me. I mean, what the hell would I do if they invade? How am I going to barricade the fire escape!? These are the questions that keep me up at night, but maybe if we're lucky they'll stumble down the street only singing "Carry On Wayward Son" or just stick to the graveyards like in the Dusty Zombies video. Made by Matt Ficner, a puppeteer and special effects artist, I now know that Jon Coulton was right about how to sing like a zombie when he played "Your Brains" at PAX. According to Jon, flat out groaning is an acceptable form of zombie singing.
Disclaimer: While puppets and songs by Kansas are harmless, zombies are still a major threat to society. Learn more on how to keep you and your loved ones safe at ZombieDefense.org.
ezJam Combo Guitar For the Wii

While the other systems get to excite over the prospects of Rock Band 2 and Guitar Hero: World Tour, all you Wii rockers will have to settle with the original Rock Band and Guitar Hero III. But have no fear, because now you can at least rock out to both and in style with the baby blue ezJam Combo Guitar from ezGear. Now if only they could manufacture me that one guitar Prince had when he changed his name to a symbol. That'd make for some sweet artificial rocking.

You'd have to be a pretty big geek to install one of these doorbells just like you'd have to be a crazy cat lady to hang one of those silly cat flags on every gable of your house. But then again, there's nothing wrong with being a big ol' geek or for being a crazy cat lady for that matter. At least with being a geek you got sleek and sophisticated style on your side.
The Enterbell by Li Jianye may just be a concept for now, but hopefully in no time we'll hear them ringing from within our own dwellings. Then again, if you have a lot of gadgets shipped to your house, you may want to reconsider as the doorbell might be a dead giveaway to what's sitting in that mysterious box from Amazon. Bye bye new Kindle..

With our waste growing exponentially year by year, it's refreshing to see some new fresh ideas emerge from our old and used goods. While newspaper can be reused for a simple novelty like a wrapped present or even woven into fabric, it can also be a convenient accessory. These totes and wallets made from the colorful Arts and Leisure section are not only unique, but they are surprisingly durable. Water resistant, double straps and Velcro closures, you'd be astonished that this was once someone's Sunday read. The bags go for $52.00 and the wallets for $30.00, which may seem pretty steep, especially when the materials are probably worth 10 cents. But think of it this way, using "trash" can actually be very profitable. So all of you entrepreneurs, how about finding some uses for last week's garbage?
Head on over to Uncommon Goods to check out these newspapered goods.
Classic Games (and Beers) In Belt Buckles

Face it. You're a gamer, not a cowboy, so those bull horns holding up your pants look kind of silly. Stick to your roots with these awesome (and glitzy) belt buckles from the Hutch Esty shop. With choices ranging from Super Mario, Space Invaders, Ms.Pac Man, and Donkey Kong to a ton of different beers, you can make one hell of a first impression. It's only fair since you're either addicted to video games, beer or both, so you might as well get that out of the way.
Available from Hutch Esty shop, the belt buckles go for $18.00.

The "Enter" key doorbell is a cool idea. Zombies rule no matter what!
You could put together and mount your own 'enter bell' quite easily though P:
I can definitely see making it. Good times!
Shaun of the Dead. We Seans/Shauns/Shawns are quite particular about the correct spelling. And it's Carry On Wayward Son... not to be too picky.
shhhhh sean, it never happened *shifty eyes*
