If there is one thing Bender loves, it's booze. And he's pretty good at the booze guzzling. He loves it so much that in season 3 he actually began brewing his own beer. So what could be more appropriate than a life-sized beer brewing Bender? Inside Bender's belly is the beer brewing mechanism. Thanks to a functioning computer in the head, this Bender can say things to you too. Not to mention he's smoking like a chimney with that pen light and felt cigar.
Here's a beautifully crafted casemod to make your Super Nintendo portable. It was custom built using a modified PS One display and a built-in sound system.
Catch a video of it being played here.
While on the subject of Nintendo going portable, here's a clever way to de-portable0ize your Game Boy Advance. This guy has modded his DDR pad to work with his GBA for a back aching game of Pac Man. I'm sure there's probably a better way to play without have to hunch over like that. Oh well, it's still a neat way to make gaming more physically interactive.
If you ever see Joe, please ask him to perform "the Flaming Donathan", a Big Lebowski inspired bowling move. If you love the Big Lebowski nearly as much as any individual in the Gamervision office, these lamps are right up your alley (HA!). Now, the only way to turn off the Knock Off Lamp is to knock it over. That pin of cleverness will cost you a handy $21.95.
Since robots are terrifying enough, Kawasaki has created Cube-Kun, a Rubik's cube solving robot. And no, it does not peel off the stickers. It may not be too impressive since there are humans who can also solve this puzzle in a matter of seconds. Still, I'd like to raise the question why? Why more robots? It doesn't matter what you create them for, it will be used for evil and destruction of the human race. And that's not very cool.
For those of you who think the post-it is overrated and over done, try the Toasted Note! Because honestly, who doesn't think toast is amazing? As a matter of fact, toast is one of my favorite words! Say it with me... toast. Ahh, that's good stuff.
