Uncharted 2 Multiplayer
Why so mean?

Since buying uncharted 2 i have been playing it whenever i have a free moment. i must say its a very very good game. one of my favorite features is the multiplayer game play. its smooth and at time very difficult. the thing that gets me is how rude and obnoxious people can be. tonight i had one person say to me " leave the area i am in you are messing me up" and i was like "you don't own the game i can go where i want". he got mad a blew me up which i thought was really dumb. what i want to know is this has anyone ever played a online multiplayer game and had a similar issue? and what is your opinion on online multiplayer gaming?

I generally don't participate in it for that very reason. Even MMOs have their share of jerks. There was one time a kid threw a tantrum because I needed on a drop (after everyone else agreed it was ok). In the case of XBox and PS3, give the jerks a voice and it gets even more annoying. Fable Ii and Phantasy Star Universe are one such example.
Maybe I'm just a crabby old man.
You can never escape the immature universe that is online gaming.
I actually hardly ever play games online because of obnoxious people. If I do, I play with friends.
That sucks, anonymity and online communities are a disastrous mix. But if Uncharted 2's multiplayer is giving you issues, don't even think about jumping into Modern Warfare.
Some time this weekend I'll be able to hop onto that one.
its not that i care about what people say its the fact that people think they own the game that pisses me off. i totally plan on buying modern warfare 2. i could care less about what people say i was just wondering what people opinions on gamervison were.
i either ignore, or laugh at people like that. they never remember that its just a game... maybe they're just venting at the fact they still live in their mom's basement.
