I used a stencil I found online, a $4 T-shirt, and fabric paint that was about $1 at the craft store nearby. I found the stencil here. Also, I used a paintbrush and dabbed the paint on over the stencil. It doesn't look as good if you sqeeze the paint out of the bottle-thing directly onto the shirt.
Damn that came out good. I nominate you for craftiest on the site.
