Was I tired, or is this true...

I was watching TV the other night, and I turned to the SCI FI channel. A cartoon/anime was on that looked familiar. I noticed the people had suits on that looked exactly like the suit in Dead Space. Is this a cartoon/anime series? Will this be on Again? I heard there was going to be a Dead Space animated movie, was this a preview for it? Did anyone else see it? Thanks!

It's a prequel anime that was released just before the game.
