According to Reuters, Army of Two isn't coming out until 2008. It can now join Super Smash Brothers and Grand Theft Auto 4 in the list of games that are DEAD TO ME.

Seriously, this year was shaping up to be the best in gaming history. Why did so many developers start these promises they couldn't finish? It is pissing me off to no end and scaring the crap out of me. 

Is nothing sacred? Mass Effect went gold today so it can't be delayed, and so help me god if Assassins Creed isn't in my 360 before December I am going to throw myself into traffic while holding a copy of Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones. 

Why is it getting delayed? For polish? Sorry, I must have misheard you. I thought that Army of Two was being developed by EA. BE EA! Don't pay overtime and fucking make whoever you pay to polish games work overtime so you can actually not piss me off. Believe me, it would make me just the happiest camper you ever did meet.

I really want EA to rethink this and realize exactly what Army of Two is to gamers around the world. It is the mediocre game to play in-between the smash hits coming out this year that will find itself becoming more popular into the beginning of 2008 when people grow tired of their other games. Having it release when it should be becoming popular is just economically silly.
