Angry Birds Coming to DS, PSP, PS3
Bird-Related Mayhem to Continue

Ever since becoming the world's most unlikely iPad owner a few months ago, I've been on the hunt for games that really take advantage of the system and provide a lot of fun in a bite-sized package. So far, I can't say I've found a ton of games that fit the bill, but one entertaining title is Angry Birds, which requires the player to slingshot a bunch of--you guessed it--angry birds into increasingly complex structures to basically make everything fall down. It's only available on the iPhone and iPad right now, but according to The Sun, Angry Birds will soon be coming to the DS, PSP, and PS3--though in what form is unknown.
My guess is that it will be a downloadable game for the PSP and PS3, and will appear on Nintendo's DSiWare service, which would instantly make Angry Birds one of the most promising DSiWare games in recent memory. Of course, they could go for a full retail release, which wouldn't make a lot of sense unless some additional content is added. There were no additional details given, so keep your eyes open for this release date at any point in the future.

As a full-blown Angry Birds addict, I have to say that a large part of the charm of the game is the ninety nine cent price point. I don't know that I'd pay more for it on another system.
