Assassin’s Creed II Delayed… For PC
See You in 2010, PC Version
by Sarah

After the simultaneous delays of Ubisoft’s Splinter Cell: Conviction and Red Steel 2, gamers started placing bets that the next big game delay would be another Ubi title, Assassin’s Creed II. Well, it turns out that the prediction was correct… sort of. Ubisoft broke the news via Twitter today that the PC version of ACII has been pushed back to the first quarter of 2010, which is just getting more and more crowded. This was because the game needed “…more time for the dev team to deliver the best quality game to you.”
This is certainly disappointing news for PC gamers, but as always it’s better to have a delayed good game then a glitchy or broken product released on time. Ubisoft assured gamers that the 360 and PS3 versions will still be out in November, so let’s hope that the publisher doesn’t feel the need for more delays in the next two months.

This does not bode well for the console release, regardless of what Ubisoft says.
I don't know, loltim... there's been a recent trend of PC versions of games coming out after console versions. Hopefully this will be the same and the 360 and PS3 versions will stay put.
I agree with loltim, this doesn't look good.
